OUTSTANDING LUXURIOUS TROPICAL VILLA - CASA SUENO, BEACH ACROSS STREET

This lovely, elegant upper villa in Tamarindo area is nestled in an intimate setting of 5 villas called Casablanca which surround a beautiful pool with outstanding tropical vegetation. Across the road is the most wonderful safe sandy beach which is ideal for swimming, walking, jogging and great for kids. There is a large private terrace overlooking the pool as well as a second garden patio where you can enjoy the serenity and sounds of the many tropical birds and watch the resident iguana. The sounds and sight of the howler monkeys is an incredible experience.
The home is beautifully furnished and the high vaulted teak ceiling creates a wonderful atmosphere. There are three bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in every room.
There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is an outdoor BBQ on the upper terrace.

Included is weekly maid service and daily maid service is available upon request. There is internet and there is private secured parking beside the villa with a plug to charge a golf cart

Enjoy the many restaurants and shops of Tamarindo or walk along endless sandy beaches. There is a superb boutique hotel steps away where you can enjoy a drink or meal at their beach front restaurant. Great Stay

Great property for our family of 5. Easy and quick access to the ocean, and added bonus of a pool. Perfect location close/walkable to downtown, but not in the noisy mix. Very nice restaurant next door

Great stay for a week

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Well located, lots of restaurants nearby, especially next door for breakfast. Villa very well appointed, particularly if you wish to self cater. Great laundry facilities which were very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic place!

We had a fantastic stay, the unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and the pool area was perfect. This is such a great location, walking distance to the beach and a short golf cart ride to town. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Fabulous property and location

Across the street from the beach, next door to a fabulous new bakery and restaurant (Sofia Mediterranean), great pool on site and the layout of the villa was perfect. Our bedroom was connected via French door to another bedroom that our small children stayed in. It gave us privacy while also giving me the chance to check on the kids whenever I wanted. Great property with a great location!

Great location.

We had a wonderful time at the villa, only issue we had was the power went out on the last night which was not any fault of the owners. We emailed Willie the next day and he was getting it fixed but we had already checked out . Great location and great host.

Paradise in Tamarindo

This Villa was fantastic! Just as described. It was clean inside and out. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. The pool was a perfect place to relax and meet other visitors. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Perfect location for Tamarindo. Easy to walk to the beach in 5 minutes and a quick 3-5 minute drive to get any where in Tamarindo. Pool was nice at night. The property also has beach chairs and towels for the beach, they came invery handy.

Amazing family vacation

The owners were easy to reach and helped out with all the questions we had. The apartment and grounds were gorgeous cool and quiet. Town was maybe a 5 min walk with lots of bustle, shopping and restaurants to explore. The beach was right across the street and the chairs and umbrella that our hosts provided were so great to have. Willy (our local host) was super helpful for reliable, comfortable transportion and suggestions and contacts for all excursions. We would absolutely stay here next time we visit the beautiful country of Costa Rica!

We had a great visit. The owners were super nice and even allowed us an extra day after our flight was cancelled and we couldn't arrive until 2 days later. The property manager Willie and his assistant Justin were amazing as well. The property is in a great location and the grounds are beautiful and kept up. The beach is a 2 minute walk and you can walk in to town easily. Our excursions (ATV tour and Catamaran trip) locations were within walking distance as well. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful!

We just returned from our stay at Casa Blanca. What a gem this place was to stay at. The villa quite comfortably and easily accommodated our five adults. Friendly onsite staff, very clean, with all needed amenities. Grounds were just beautiful, and the location was perfection. We loved the second floor outdoor eating area. Great access to the incredible beach, with just a short beach walk to downtown Tamarindo. We would return to this spot in a heartbeat!!

Amazing stay!

We just spent 2 weeks at Casa Blanca 5 and it was an incredible time. The place was clean, well stocked with small appliances and utensils, and in the most ideal location in Tamarindo! We loved that it was a bit outside the busy town but close enough for daily walks to grab groceries, etc. It was about a 2-3 minute walk to Tamarindo beach in an area that was perfect for swimming and beginner surfing. The grounds were well maintained and attracted many birds which we all enjoyed watching from our patio. The howler monkeys were also frequently nearby! Willy (property manager), Syd and Lyn (hosts) were incredibly responsive prior to and during our trip. We are already planning our return to Casa Blanca 5 as we can't wait to return to this slice of paradise!

Great family escape in surf town

We had a great vacation at Casa Blanca 5! It was the perfect amount of space for a family to spread out after a long day on the beach and is so conveniently located. Beach is literally 2 min walk, 8 min walk into town for groceries and endless restaurants. The property is fully loaded with all the essentials and then some, they even had came pans for us to make a birthday cake for my daughter. The management company was quick to respond to any questions and handled everything from the moment we landed at the airport to the moment we left to come home. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Wonderful vacation rental

We had the most wonderful vacation ever and this villa was a huge part of it. It's so spacious, clean and beautiful. We loved having the washer and dryer and used it often. The grounds are beautiful and the view from the patio is wonderful. You can walk everywhere and we loved the location. It was so quiet at night but you were so close to all of the activity in Tamarindo. There were so many wonderful restaurants we had a hard time choosing. We've travled to different locations for 20 years and all 6 of us agreed that this was the only place we would repeat and not change a single thing. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent Location and great staff

We loved the location of this villa. It's an easy walk into town, but feels like you're secluded from town if you want. The pool was great to have to cool off or when we didn't want to go to the beach. Very close to the Beach Club and gym. There's a supermarket and liquor store about 5 minutes (walking) away. We loved our time here, Justin (our property manager) was very responsive. We had a small leak in one of the bathrooms and Justin had a plumber out in about an hour and the repair was completed (with no disruption to us) in a few hours. There's a nice parking spot if you get a golf cart or other vehicle. We highly recommend this property.
