"There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....

"Comfy beds, nice hot shower, excellent stass...thank you Zas. The 3 in 1 coffee sachets was nof yo my liking although I was desperate for coffee....I'm a black coffee girl😉. Overall a great place to stay before early morning flights. Definitely recommend and would come back again. "

"I had booked 2 3bedroom apartments but was told only one 3 n one 2 bedrooms were available after making payment. Although a cashback was given the 2 apartments were in different blocks which was very inconvenient. The rooms were very clean n well maintained but no cooking was allowed."

"The 1st impression of our unit was so-so, including the cleanliness.. aircon in bedroom 1 was blowing air but not cold.. in bedroom 2 was cold and bedroom 3 using fan as aircon was down.. however the view from our unit was awesome though. the pool was just a stone throw. As night fell, we approached Shaik abt the aircon as we, a family of 6, were feeling uncomfortable. Without any delay, Shaik did what is best for us. "One of the Hotels which is about 20min from the KUL - Kuala Lumpur Airport and has parking onsite. Great value hotel which is clean, safe and quiet. Walking distance to a number of shops/ restaurants and casual friendly atmosphere. I have stayed here 3times already and must suggest to look into this hotel. "

Decent

"For the price, it was good value for money, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair as the handle on the shower door was broken, that said the shower was good and hot. Could of done with windows, as there wasn't any in the room's and maybe outside seating in the smoking area. The breakfast was simple but nice and the staff lovely and helpful. We all agree that we would stay here again."

"I checked in and my bed side Lamp was not working. Had to call housekeeping. No hot water to bathe until I checked out two days later. When I checked in, it was 10 pm and raining. I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again. "
