They allowed for early check-in which was really helpful. We realized only after we arrived that the booking was done thru third party and not directly thru the hotel which was a little hassle to get the communication established. At the end everything worked out well. We booked this hotel for the rooftop swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for a few weeks for maintenance. And, the washer has problems. It looks like it was a known problem and we lost one night sleep by being awake to get that sorted out. The maintenance guy (MJ) was very helpful. But, he couldn't do much. We had to take the wet clothes with us when we checked-out.

I stayed here last night and really enjoyed the experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for relaxing and getting away from the busy city. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

One of the best suites i stayed ever, we felt like luxury & 5 stars hotel. Value & deserve its amount. so clean and completely new with perfect location easy access to KLCC Twin Towers & Pavilion mall too. The infinity swimming pool awesome, definitely will visit here again.
The staff there were amazing & professional too, friendly & helpful, thank you so much for beautiful memories.
