"When I wanted to check-in, the front desk person told me that they did not received my booking despite I showed him the Hotels.com booking record and receipt. It took me a hour for waiting. "

"Best place for release tension n holiday with families"

"I had booked 2 3bedroom apartments but was told only one 3 n one 2 bedrooms were available after making payment. Although a cashback was given the 2 apartments were in different blocks which was very inconvenient. The rooms were very clean n well maintained but no cooking was allowed."

As night fell, we approached Shaik abt the aircon as we, a family of 6, were feeling uncomfortable. Without any delay, Shaik did what is best for us. "Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "
