"Enjoyable stay with courteous service. We chose this hotel for its central location, connection to the Ipoh Mall and the 6 EV charging bays for hotel guests (at RM1.05/kWh). Our room on the Concept (12th) floor came with a jacuzzi, and overall it was spacious and comfortable, but with some hits and misses. "Room is generally OK, with bright windows. Would have been a great stay if not for the extremely poor Wi-fi. Most of the time there is no signal, resulting in dropped connections. In fact one of the guests in another room had to check out and move to another hotel in order to get a proper wifi for his work. That is a shame."
