All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended. "Our second visit to Lyon was exceptional due in large part to this wonderful apartment. All the amenities were as advertised, and the location was perfect. Right next door to a pastry shop and across the street from a coffee shop and a grocery. Pascal the conciergerie met us with keys and a tour and even helped us get hooked up to the WiFi. 5 stars."
