"Very nice farm house . It’s far from shops so you have to go into near by beach to get groceries. The rooms are equipped with stove and fridge etc. There was no water provided in fridge , you would have to provide own. The breakfast was nice but at the time we stayed the coffee machine didn’t work and no near by cafe to get a morning coffee. Expedia states check in at 9am we got their approx 930am and room wasn’t ready because check in was actually 10am. Would have been nice if they supplied...

"Das Appartement war sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, wunderschöne Lage direkt an der Lagune. Schöne, große Balkone, einer davon mit Blick auf die Lagune. Supermarkt sehr nah, ebenso sehr gute Restaurants. Fahrradverleih direkt um die Ecke. Strand nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen. "

"Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe vom Meer, von Geschäften, Bars etc. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr sauber, aber man kann sie selber reinigen. Beim unserem Bett unten fehlte Holzteile im Lattenrost, es war nicht gemütlich zu schlafen. Ansonst ok. "

Hatten mehrfach etwas zu beanstanden (Wäschepaket, Strom, kleinere Reparatur) Ansicht ein sehr schöner Platz im Schatten....leider war bei Ankunft erstmal die Terrassengarnitur zu reinigen, da mit Vogelkot verdreckt. Das war kein schöner erster Eindruck! Mobilheim schon sehr eng und spartanisch ausgestattet für so viel Geld....."

"This property is in a little town in Northern Italy that we chose so we could get to Trieste, Venice, Croatia and Slovenia all is less than one hour driving. The accommodations were so authentic and very well appointed. We loved the small village, the restaurants there as well as the winery. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Italy. "The house had plenty of room and everything we needed for our short stay. There is plenty of parking that feels safe in the area. David the owner was pleasant and helpful. The town was a good base for us (about an hour and a half from Venice ) and we enjoyed a couple of nice meals there. The local bells seem to chime every hour and some - they didn't disturb most of the group though................"
