Master bedroom with queen, firm mattress and laptop/work station. Guest bedroom with twin bed that pulls out to a king and another bedroom with full/twin bunk bed. High speed 140 Mbps internet, 140+ channels, Netflix, Roku, Chromecast. Keurig coffee bar w/ free Keurig and drip coffee. Rental-only property for a clutter-free environment. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. It had enough room for everyone in our family. Loved the coffee and tea bar! In a great neighborhood, I would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at this very nice property in the Gatewood neighborhood of North East Tallahassee. Lots of space, very relaxing and well stocked. Great neighborhood for walking! Close to parks.

Really a gem of a find! Our California family came in for the holiday and were pleasantly surprised at the house. Very clean, well appointed and centrally located for family activities. Our hosts were always available, even for a late hunt for a forgotten IPad! I highly recommend this house and its owners.

My husband, toddler, and I had a great four nights in this centrally located house. Plenty of room for us, and pack and play plus sheets for the toddler. Loved having the empty garage for the car. Would stay here again as a base for visiting friends in Tallahassee. House was simply furnished, by which I mean it had everything you need with no extra decor or possessions of the owners. AC worked great and ceilings fans helped with hot July weather.

House is Clean & Comfortable, nice and quiet neighborhood . We have done a lot of Fishing during daytime, So it was a good place to go home to after the beach. The house was equipped with all our needs, kitchen, bathroom and Cappuccino machine. Great Stay for us.
