Terrific Stay
Rented the house for the week for my family of 3. Everyone enjoyed their own rooms with comfy beds & plenty of linens. We cooked a few nights and the kitchen was stocked with any appliance needed. Enjoyed the screened in porch in the afternoons to keep the bugs away. Great location to plenty of restaurants & shops. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Perfect spot
My husband and I chose to book this home after we lost electricity for one week due to Hurricane Idalia. The host was quick to respond to our needs and the home was perfect. The kitchen had everything that I needed, the beds were comfy and the master shower was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our "vacation" and would recommend this property to anyone.

The home is very clean and everything was in good working order, the owners have added many extra amenities. The yard is fenced for your pet. The location is good and safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again! This is my first time booking with Evolve and if this rental home is any indication of their other other rental homes, I will be booking with them in the future.

Wonderful place for a relaxing getaway
Our family had such a great time at this fantastic property! The owners were so easy to communicate with and were very warm and responsive. We stayed the weekend so we could tour FSU with our daughter. This home was close to campus, lots of great restaurants and convenient to anything you might need. The home was in a nice quiet neighborhood and it was immaculate inside. We loved the modern but cozy style of the interior. We definitely only want to stay here anytime we are in Tallahassee.

Excellent hosts, neighborhood, and property!
The host was excellent, and cordial. Reached out to make sure we knew he was available and that the check-in process went smoothly. We are a family of four with two corgis. The property was very centrally located, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Very nice fenced yard and screened in breakfast patio. We were touring FSU, taking in Tallahassee, and visiting Alligator Point (dog-friendly beach). Will definitely be staying again. Family approved!

Perfect for our Girl’s Weekend
Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful place for my daughter’s birthday weekend. It was the perfect size for the four of us. It looked just like the pictures that were shown online. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The girls enjoyed going out on the back porch for a few minutes even though it was a rainy weekend. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and we would enjoy staying here again.

Lovely clean home!
Wonderful customer service leading up to our stay by Evolve. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of this home, the abundance of complimentary toiletries, amount of luxury towels, and excellent location! The home was dog friendly and had a great size fenced in backyard. The owners have thought of everything in this home - fully stocked kitchen, lots of coffee options, they even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks which was just lovely! Thank you! Perfect Easter Weekend for Family Celebration
We chose to celebrate Easter with our daughter and her roommates, bringing them a home cooked meal. Staying in the home were 6 adults and a dog, but the 4 students from FSU joined for a meal. The kitchen was sufficient to cook a full holiday meal, with a bit of creativity regarding what went in the oven together. Our dog really enjoyed the fenced in backyard and made “through the fence friends” with the dogs next door. We enjoyed being able to relax and enjoy the beautiful spring weather in the screened in porch. The beds were appropriately firm and very comfortable. Closet and dresser space were great. TVs in each room provided a getaway from the larger group. The shower pressure was incredible! Overall home cleanliness was top notch and communication with the host was very fast and helpful. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Terrific fit for our family and we will make it our first check when looking at accommodations for visiting FSU.

One of the best in hospitality to date for us! This home had everything to have a fantastic stay. We have stayed in over 10 VRBOs and always had to go get something but not here. Pack your clothes and food, they have everything else. Spotless, comfortable beds, open floor plan and great screened in patio with large backyard. A.J. Henry Park a couple blocks away for great family walks. Host was very responsive and made you feel like a valued guest. Quiet, quaint neighborhood. 5 stars across the board.
