"Our stay was wonderful. Cottage is beautiful and so close to the ocean. The view from the screened porch was breathtaking. I was very impressed how clean and organized the cottage was. Anything we needed was there plus extra touches: s'mores kit, popcorn etc. I can go on and on. Communication with the manager was great, response to any questions were answered immediately. "Absolutely the grossest property I've been too. 5 spiders, 1 centipede, 1 dead cockroach. Master bedroom and bathroom both had see through curtains so people could look through. Hair in the sink and wads of hair stuck to the bathroom hinge. Window AC units had gaps in them so bugs could come in without hindrance. Leaves in the ac ducts(how). Couldn’t even cut the grass for before guest arrive. We didn't even stay there. "

The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with questions and concerns about the home and the surrounding community. The pier provided convenient access to the creek for fishing and crabbing, but we found it difficult to launch a kayak and canoe from the site. The out buildings blocked our view of the serene creek from most of the home, but the creek was pretty throughout the day...
