"It’s brand new. Nothing is to be charged to the room. Everything in the building is separate entities. One restaurant was never open. Breakfast was cheapest hotel buffet I’ve seen, quality was above average, but worth the price. Air conditioning was off so the room was 80 Fahrenheit but they did bring a fan and we opened the 12th floor window for cool air. Very nice facility but left something to be desired. "This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC. They dis provide a small fan. Now the worst thing was the breakfast buffet. I initially had purchased for both mornings but after trying it the first day, I got a refund for the second day. "친절하고 주차 서비스, 조식, 객실 내 청소 등이 만족했다. 온천수 덕분에 샤워도 좋았다. 하지만 호텔스 닷컴의 호텔 소개 사진에는 객실 내 전기주전자가 있었지만 실제는 없었다. 커피 한잔을 위해 1층으로 계속 내려가야 했고, 종이컵 등을 낭비하여 불편했다. 그리고 객실 내 수납이 부족하여 옷걸이 2개밖에 없어 옷이나 가방을 보관해야 할 곳이 없어 아쉬웠다. 쓰지 않는 컴퓨터 대신 수납하는 선반이나 작은 옷장을 설치된 객실이 따로 있어서 선택했으면 정말 좋겠다는 생각이 든다. 전반적으로 90% 만족한다."
