"Acess to private beach. We had a chalet near to sea so it was nice experience. Food options in tje restaurant is having limited choice. They shoud introduce or give oprions for more authetic south indian dishes. Over all it was good "

"We stayed at Taj Cidade Horizon and it is a gorgeous hotel with a modern decor offering expansive views of the Arabian Sea. It has a small private beach which is lovely but no big waves as it is in a bay. We loved swimming in the warm sea waters. The hotel also has a couple of different pools and our favourite was the infinity pool on the 10th floor overlooking the sea. The staff is fantastic and they really add soul to this place. They treated us like family and were always so insistent on arranging things for us like packing up some fruits when we were checking out, remembering all our food preferences and even customizing foods to our taste. Special mention to the restaurant staff Sujatha, Rakesh, Krishnakant and Ritu who were always cheerful "

"I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Sonu from housekeeping, who was quick to bring us extra towels and water whenever we needed them. His help made our stay more comfortable, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it stand out. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience better, and I’d absolutely stay here again.
