"C’est inacceptable, ABRITEL me loue un logement déjà loué, à mon arrivé le logement prévu était occupé par 2 personnes, alors le propriétaire nous à proposé un autre logement qu’il avait mais qui ne correspondait pas à celui prévu, il n’y avait pas de chambre séparée pour le couple, un manque certain d’intimité, je ne suis pas sûr qu’il aurait lui-même accepté cette situation avec son épouse. "The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is ideally placed for a visit to Dijon and the Beaune vineyards. Everything in the apartment was clean and serviceable and we enjoyed our stay."

"Five 60ish cycling fans visiting for the Tour De France. Excellent property in a beautiful area especially if you are interested in cycling / hiking. Only down side is the opening days and times of local restaurants which caught us out a bit but the house is very well equipped and as we are all keen cooks then this wasn't a problem for us but may be for some. Not that much to do for kids. All in all an excellent trip and I would highly recommend the property for a similar group of people."

"Although we did arrive late both Katrine and Fabrice were very gracious and welcoming. The apartment was very nice and was all we expected. The only things we thought were needed were a couple of hand towels and bath mat. The outside area was really nice but due to the the rain we did not get to use it except ffor one day. Beze is a quaint little town with two very nice restaurants and would recommend reservations for dinner. Glad that we had the opportunity to visit and stay for a few days."

"Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette magnifique propriété parfaite pour un week end entre amis. De l’espace, des chambres independantes et bien agencées avec douches et toilettes, une piscine interieure tres agréable, un magnifique jardin et beaucoup de loisirs possibles sur place (velos, ping-pong, baby-foot, petanque, barbecue…). Un vrai resort a 2 pas de la magnifique ville de Beaune."

"Nous avions réservé ce logement pour un anniversaire avec 6 personnes. Le logement est propre et très bien équipé avec de l'électroménager de qualité, ce qui est assez rare de nos jours dans les logements. Nous avons passé une agréable soirée, le braséro dehors en hiver est vraiment très agréable. La salle de jeux est très bien équipée. Je recommande ce logement."

"House was spacious, well-equipped and ideally situated for our week in the Cote d'Or. Yann the owner was very responsive to the few queries we had. My only concern was with the directions to the house could be made clearer and presumed to arrive from Nuits St Georges."

"This is a wonderful estate in a rural area about 15 minutes from town. The owners live in a house on the property and are very helpful. The best kitchen we had in France. We wanted to use the Pool but in never stopped raining. It was beautiful though. One word of caution is the steps to some of the bedrooms are narrow and a little steep so I would use smaller bags than one large one. All included items were accurate and Kid friendly, although we were all over 60. I would bring soap and shampoo....

"The house was perfectly situated for our visit to Dijon. Check in was easy and the house was exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the property as well as the exterior garden. We would definitely rent this property again on future visits."

"Nous avons réservés ce logement pour 8 personnes pour une durée de 5 jours, soit 4 nuits. Tout les équipements sont fonctionnels et nous n'avons manqués de rien. Les photos sont conformes au visuel sur place, même si des traces de travaux subsistent encore mais rien qui ne puisse déranger. Le propriétaire est facilement accessible depuis son numéro et n'a pas hésiter a nous proposer son assistance lors d'une soirée où mon véhicule fut remorqué. Mention spéciale a la borne de jeux situé au coin...

"The staff were very kind and courteous. The location is incredibly central - easy walking distance to the train station and all attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. The rooms were perfectly fine - but definitely a bit run down and could use a finer cleaning. For the price one can’t expect a 5-star hotel though so definitely a good value for money. "

"I stayed at Residhome Dijon Cité des Vignes for 19 nights and was very pleased with the experience overall. The room was clean, modern, and functional, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Climate control worked well, and the large windows overlooked a nearby park, with cherry blossoms in bloom during my stay—an unexpected bonus that made the view even better. The TV was easy to use, with accessible HDMI ports for my own devices. The location is excellent. The T2 tram stops nearby and connects you directly to the city center and Toison d’Or, where there’s an enormous Carrefour and plenty of shopping. Monge Cité de la Gastronomie is just next door, along with a great selection of restaurants. The Pathé cinema is right next door as well, and there are two parks, the river, and the canal all within walking distance. The front desk staff were consistently polite and helpful. My only minor issue was having to purchase a couple of basic kitchen utensils—like tongs and a large serving spoon—that I would’ve expected to be included. Considering the quality of the stay and the excellent location, the value was outstanding—my average nightly cost was just over $52. This was one of the most comfortable and convenient extended stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return."
