"We really enjoyed our stay at this waterfront house. The views are fantastic. It is just a short stroll to Santo Stefano's main shops and restaurants, but in a quiet, residential location without traffic noise...just the sound of the waves. Two of the bedrooms have their own attached bathroom, and the 3rd bedroom, which has 2 bunk beds, has a bathroom right across the hall. "The first available place is Porto St. Stefano is although 11 km. it is 22-23 minutes driving on very dangerous curving road stripped by abysses. Distance from the sea: approx 390 meters, very steeped. Air condition only in one room, sherd building, it is not possible to let the cold elsewhere. No wifi phone sigh is weak you can't create mobil net. Owner only speak Italian. Many thanks to Celice, the manger at the pool, ho help me with translation and in everything."

Not for kids however and you only get 2 beach chairs and 2 foam maddrasses so if you are a larger party you will have to share. The house is ok. Likely built in the 80ties and not renovated since. But everything is clean and in working condition. Electrical is not great. Power goes off regularly and you need to reset it at the gate to the driveway. And forget to use AC and any other appliance such as...

"The villa is located in a beautiful setting in Tuscany. Our group of 18 had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, barbecue and property for four days. The property was very comfortable for all of us and it was the perfect way to end our MBA. "Everything about this cottage was stellar, the views, the amenities, the location. We were disappointed at the surrounding property has been impacted by drought or other neglect, so the vineyards were dead, and the olive trees under stress. The club and pool were never promised, but we hoped they might be available to us. Ocean access was via a rough path and very limited. Overall, I highly recommend this listing, but encourage transparency about the current conditions."

"The pictures do not do this place justice. From the moment we booked we were treated like family, the good kind. You will not even get in the door before you will just stand on the front patio and bask in the view. As we entered we were struck by several things. 1. It is spacious. 2. Everything is so clean. 3. The decor is the perfect balance of elegance and homey. 4. The remodeling was done well, not cheaply. 5 And this is huge... No Perfumes! There is no odor to cover up. Thank you for that!...
