"Our stay at Rho departamentos was good, the place itself is in a very good area where there is a lot of dining options. 30 min walk to Cerro San Cristobal. And walkable distance to other attractions. One of the things we liked about this place was the concierge, and how the safety is important, (not everybody can walk into the building without a QR code) Communication was great with the host; they allowed us to keep our luggage early on the day and also were able to check us in a couple hours...

"First of all, this is not a hotel or tourist apartments. It's residence apartment block, so you get no help from the front desk, no access to the gym and no access to the laundry room. We booked this place on the understanding we could use the the gym and laundry room, the website gave false information. When cooking in the kitchen, the power would cut out every 30 seconds, the people who own the apartment were unhelpful in fixing this. My advice would be not to bother and go somewhere else."

"It was great, the apartment is small but nice for 2 people the only but thing I would say is that during winter time it’s important that the apartment could have a heater inside because there were nights that temperature were 1 degree or even lower so it was really cold, and check the internet at all times because we didn’t have for 2 days while we stayed inside the apartment."

"Great location within an easy walk of most central Santiago museums and other attractions. The place is small, but furnished with everything one can want. The staff at the front desk are nice and put up with my bad Spanish skills. The only negatives are some minor maintenance issues. Everything needs a fresh coat of paint, and that's true of the whole building. The shower knob is too tight and the toilet handle has to be jiggled, but otherwise it's very comfortable. I will gladly stay here...
