Stephanie village also has a very well stocked convenience store, chemist and delicatessen.
A large supermarket can be found 10 minutes drive away at Phillipos in Coral Bay. There is also a large Papantoniou supermarket in Chloraka just a few minutes drive.

There are a wide range of activities available at Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay which are both approx. 10 minutes drive away. There are many water sports including paragliding, waterskiing, wakeboarding, snorkelling, diving etc. Jet skis and motor boats can also be rented. Numerous boat trips are available from Paphos harbour or travel to Latchi and hire one of the many boats from Latchi Watersports Centre to visit the beautiful Blue Lagoon.
For those with children, there are many activities to enjoy. A visit to the Waterpark in Paphos or the Bird and Animal park near Coral Bay are worth a day out. A visit to ‘Foot Golf’ in Chloraka and Island Cove Adventure Golf in Yeroskipou also good fun.

History:
For those interested in history, the Paphos area boasts many archeological sites and museums with several UNESCO world heritage sites. Look at the stunning mosaics in the house of Dionysos, house of Theseus and House of Aion in Kato Pahos, the Tombs of the Kings, the crusader forts in Paphos harbour and Limassol, the amazing and extensive ruins at Kourion etc.
There are also numerous monasteries worthy of a visit including Agios Neofytos which is just a very short drive (you can also walk it) away sitting just above Tala Village. Enjoy a lovely Cyprus coffee or cool drink outside in their cafe.
Visit the many golf courses across the island to play or have lunch. Sunday lunch at Minthis Hills is very good. Gorgeous views from the terrace.
A trip to the many wineries is also a lovely day out. Tsangarides winery in Lemona is set in a beautiful location and is a lovely drive through stunning countryside. Anglos and his staff make you feel very welcome. Complimentary tastings and snacks are provided. Visit the Vouni Panayi winery for a meze set lunch and a complimentary wine tasting. These are just one of the many wineries available (the local tourist board have published various wine routes across the island).
Details of these and other activities can be found in the apartment.
We recommend that anyone staying in our apartment have access to a car for the duration of their stay, as taxis are expensive and the public transport system servicing Tala is limited.
Please note children must be supervised at all times particularly around the pool & on the balcony.
