"This is a 5* property. Magical location, deep in the woods. Poor checkin, given the wrong code for the key box and we could not contact anyone which we found very stressful. Only 1 key left for 3 self locking doors on house and log cabin. This key got locked in the log cabin and we were offered a second to be delivered for €80. We instead drove for 70 mins to pick it up. Feedback:- house needs larger fresher smelling bath towels, bigger glasses and a dishwasher that works."

The location was superb, the apartment was spacious and clean, the staff were very responsive and helpful, and the amenities were excellent.
