"We highly recommend this hotel to whoever visit Phnom Penh Cambodia. Here's why: we checked in on Nov 7th 2024 & immediately were politely greeted by all the staff at the front desk. Linda, the front desk manager were wonderful. She explained about our rooms, which were connected with our elder parent on the first floor (which is 2nd floor in the US), the cost breakdown she received via Expedia, the cost of breakfast, which one room was not included when I booked. We then offered a welcome drink (tamarin flavored), which were refreshing after a long flight from the USA. We loved it We then were shown to our rooms, which we immediately felt in love with. It's our home away. We showered & ordered Khmer food from the hotel restaurant for our parent while we enjoyed delicious Khmer diner just for the two of us. .The restaurant manger was very nice & polite to bring us the wine menu. We ordered 2022 Vintage Cabernet Sauvignon Famille Bouey Cuvee 20, which was excellent. We rested the rest of the day. The next day, November 8, 2024 breakfast choices were amazing & endless including Khmer & Western style food, which lasted me the entire day. The pool is another amenities the hotel has to offer: it is beautiful, pleasant & refreshing: I forgot to pack my bathing suit but my wife and she enjoyed every second. Pool drinks elevated the experience. We left Phnom Penh to visit Battambang, Siem Reap, Preah Vihear temples, Sihanookville, but always come back to hotel - We give it 10 stars!"

"Great hotel! Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. Our room was very spacious, clean comfortable and well stocked with amenities. We had a large suite with kitchenette, bath and rainfall showerhead. The breakfast has local and Western options as well as Japanese cuisine. The rooftop pool is very nice and the location is great. Also complimentary tea and coffee are available in the lobby. We will be back!"

"Loved my stay at the G Mekong hotel. Everyone was extremely nice and always willing to assist in anyway possible. It’s walking distance to the Royal Palace, river and orussey market. The area feels safe, but at night, when most business are closed, it’s better to use a tuk tuk. The restaurant and coffee place offer a large variety of options at a very reasonable price. "

"Splurged on this luxury hotel for our last 2 nights in Cambodia and made full use of the first rate amenities. After a minor miscommunication at check in, a staff member delivered a plate of cold fresh fruit slices to our room—unnecessary but very much appreciated. Came into our room one afternoon to find a cloth lying next to my reading glasses. Small gestures like that are examples of next level hospitality."
