"The Grange on Calgan Farm is placed on beautiful grounds with views over the Kalgan River. It is very quiet and relaxing, however, even though it is advertised as pet and child friendly the host is not particularly friendly towards dogs and children. We had a lovely time in Albany, and spent hardly any time at the Grange, with two adults, two teenage children and a labrador, expecting a dog friendly place, as it was advertised, but did not feel welcome with our dog. "We loved this place! The outdoor kitchen area next to the oldtimers was great. In the weekends you can have a look in their big antique shop. We enjoyed the sounds of all the different birds. It's a really unique place. Defenitely would come here again. Thanks! "
