We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. When checked-in, they automatically upgraded us to a bigger room, which was nice. However, when we walked in, there's a strong smell of smoke despite the entire hotel is non-smoking. Later we also found out that the entire hotel runs on central air, which means, you cannot control the temperature in your room. The front desk told us to open the window since outside temperature is cooler. However we were only on the 6th floor facing a busy street, so we have the difficult decision of noise vs. heat.
After a horrible night sleep, I asked to move rooms. They moved us to a higher floor facing a quieter street, but they only have two single beds. I asked them to put the bed together so my wife, baby and I can sleep together. Assuming they will add a mattress topper to make it like a big bed, they literally only pushed the beds together with a big seam between the two beds. Also, I found an empty beer can underneath the chair. Lastly, despite having the "do not disturb" sign during the day, the maid still went in for service.
I appreciate their effort of accommodating to my needs, but I will never, ever stay here again.
