Nice hotel. Clean and quiet but the location is the key here. Being across from Taipei main station is very helpful for getting around Taipei. Lots of good places for to eat within a few minutes as well. Perfect location

Only 2 things I like to mention it.. 1. The carpet is too old and dirty total worn out with uneven carpet padding easy to trip on it. 2. The bathroom has no cloth hangers can only put clothes on top on the toilet very inconvenient, other than that I was pretty much enjoy to stay.

Hotel was easy to locate thanks to info sent by the hotel ahead of visit. Check-in time of 3pm seems to be strictly adhered to. Room was acceptable but worn-out carpets on the common corridor were quite unsightly. There's a lounge where water and food utensils are available for guests.

We stay 2 nights and 1 night. The location is excellent where you can walk to Freedom Square. Lot of restaurants around it. Department store next to it. The entrance is a bit hidden behind night market but once you find it, you will be glad.

It is very convenient for travelers to stay here, even though the hotel sits on the 19th floor of a commercial building, the expectation of security is almost like house setup. However the staffs are always at the front desk keeping the entry safe.

Tried very much to like them but so many issues occured. Tried to check in early but our room was not ready yet so we came back at 3:15pm (check in time was 3pm). We were told our room was still not ready for another 20 mins by a rude staff. We were also not told about the lounge area until after a day there. Upon entering the room, there was a puddle on the floor next to the fridge. When we alerted the staff, they said it was not from a fridge leak but leftover cleaning solution from earlier. Our room wifi never worked and when asked the staff told us to use another room's wifi since the pw's are similar. This is the hardest bed I have ever slept on (for reference, we had 3 other hotels in Taiwan prior to this one) - like a floor (no joke). In the 2 days we stayed there, the cleaning folks did not remove some trash in the bathtub and the fridge was left ajar. I tried to make use of the free laundry there - started a load in the washer at 9pm when there was no other washer or dryer machines in use. When I returned at 10pm, all 3 dryers were in use for 1 hour and I was unable to dry my clothes before the laundry closed at 11p. Found some non hotel guests from other floors were using the machines. On the last night there, there was a cockroach crawling on the wall. The only redeeming factors of this place were the strong water pressure, location so close to main station MRT, and some nice staff who arranged an airport shuttle for us. Otherwise very disappointing.

Clean room and nicely staff. Good location to stay which transportation and restaurant all are near by and very convenient. Only downside is you can hear a sound from upstair while someone is walking heavily.

Awesome location.
We had loads of luggage and party of four. We also had diffferent sleeping schedule. Sky 19 offered a two double bed option with a door separating the the two beds. It was perfect for us. The hotel was clean. Unlike the Airbnb downstairs in the same building. There was free laundry room for usage 24 hours. The location is great. Opposite the central station. Easy access to MRT airport subway high speed rails and regular train. I would definitely come back to sky 19 hotel again.

Check in time is 3pm. We arrived slightly earlier around 2.15pm but couldn’t check in earlier. But no issue on that, we just left our luggage with the reception and headed out to explore the city first. We book the double bed room with balcony (city view). Room is spacious and clean. Balcony was slightly smaller than expected. Bathroom was comfortably sized but seem a little old. Room came with basic necessities like toothpaste, toothbrush, hair dryer and etc. Shower water temperature and pressure was ok. Room is quiet and we were not disturbed by noises from other rooms and corridor. One downside though is the hotel room door is made of metal and my husband said he had experienced static shock a few times when opening the room door, so got to be careful. Bed and pillow is too hard for my liking, so I was not very comfortable sleeping in it but it’s just my personal preference. Daily housekeeping was good, clean up the room properly and timely. Daily housekeeping till 5pm. Check out at 12pm noon. We was able to request for 3h late check out at the cost of TW$300/hr. Best to check with the reception on late checkout in advance. Location of hotel is very convenient. Take Exit Z2 to walk to Taipei Main Station. There is a 24h Family Mart just downstairs the hotel. Hotel is located on the 19th floor of Asia Plaza Tower, not at the 1st floor of the building. Overall satisfied with our 7 nights stay at Sky19.

This hotel just across from Taipei main train station, next to a department store, on 19th floors, good view and very clean , downstairs got a convenience store easy access to foods. Overall I like the location and the services.

Super convenient, across the street from the Taipei Main station. Our 3rd time staying here. Leave your luggage here before or after your train ride to Taipei. Lots of restaurants inside Main Train station, Family Mart located right downstairs. The hotel is located on the 19th floor inside a commercial building next to the Mitsukoshi department store. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly, and fluent in English. Hotel is not fancy but has all the basic amenities you would need. If you can reserve one of the larger family size rooms, go for it. These rooms are super spacious! One of them even has a balcony that you can see Taipei 101. Definitely recommend!
