It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Taipei. Although it’s a little far from the city center, it’s a really nice quiet area and close to the shopping mall with lots of restaurants. I will stay here again.

Room is clean, staff is friendly but the cost of breakfast is on the high side. Would be better to have a working desk inside the room. Different rates on different day but was not clearly stated on hotels.com website when booked

Interesting decor
Love the decor in the room - artsy, bright and cheery. Perfect if you need to do some work. Front desk staff is very helpful, professional and responsive. Location is excellent, with Lai Lai soybean, Yeong Shyang bakery, Iron Chef, Miramar and the subway all within a short walk. And linked to Chef's Kitchen. And love the seafood porridge at breakfast!

Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The staff organized taxi service for us and we experienced no delays as often happens in Taipei. As many airline staff stay here, the hallways and elevator areas are very noisy early in the morning. Hard to sleep if you are in a room near the elevators.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Shopping mall close by. Very convenient. I traveled with my mom and had requested a shower chair and they were able to bring a very nice one immediately. I had also requested a couple of sake online and asked to be shipped to the hotel. They were able to help me to receive the products and even helped me to refrigerated it until I departed. Overall, nice hotel with great staff!!

Hotel is quite new, surrounded by upscale restaurants. Couple Michelin star restaurants are just next door. In addition, a restaurant building is connected to the hotel, with one level filled with market place restaurants, and more upscale restaurants on upper level. Hotel itself provided very good breakfast and dinner. Easy public transportation option, and steps away to a shopping malls. Staffs are well trained, service is excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room has views of Taipei’s highest building 101, and the Ferries Wheel from Miramar mall. Fun and relax and convenient. Will come back next time!

Restaurant was undergoing renovations,and breakfast selection was a bit disappointing. As a guest, I appreciate a hearty breakfast to start my day, and I hope that once the renovations are complete, the breakfast options will be more varied and satisfying. Bar Closure: Additionally, the closure of the bar during my stay was unexpected. I enjoy unwinding with a drink after a busy day, and unfortunately, this wasn’t possible due to the ongoing renovations.

I stayed in Indigo for four nights between 26-30/6/23. Location of the hotel is excellent which is closed to a big shopping mall and railway station. The quality of housekeeping was superior and my room was thoroughly cleaned everyday. The most impressive experience was that I asked Ms Chan of front desk whether the hotel cooperated with any shop for traditional Taiwan souvenir. Even though the answer was no, Ms Chan initiated to call a souvenir shop for me and arranged all the delivery and payment for me. It definitely saved a lot of my time. May I express my gratitude to your front desk and housekeeping staff.
