They were kind and assisted us on contacting my mother’s friend in Taiwan via their phone. The rooms were comfy and clean! The drinks and snacks were excellent!

A little dirty, more room for improvement
The hotel is situated very near the MRT tunnel. They do not have breakfast but they do have ordering of breakfast service. However on one night before the checkout, we requested for a late checkout as our flight is late night. We asked for 2 hours and they had only gave us 1 hour despite wanting to pay more. But this was not allowed. Any way. There is no room service at all. They only provide to clear the rubbish. The effort to go green is one thing. But come on, for our room, they did not vacuum, they didn't even make an effort to make up the bed. The towels are also not changed. I think this hotel really need to rethink their go green policy. Another gripe was the Aircon duct. It is filthy. Dust particles are flying around and landed on the bed. And yet they do not vacuum the floor. The dust are also at all the cornices. The rooms are new. However things inside are also kinda annoying. The mini fridge is god damn noisy. We thought we could turn it off, nope. The alarm buzzed off if we tried to do so. The bathroom door was not able to close. The side table drawers was purposely screwed in to prevent people from using. Overall. I feel that as a customer experience, it is not good. It needs more improvement.

Great Hotel Except for Thin Walls
I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The bed was comfy, the rooms were nice, there's lots of thoughtful touches, and there's even a deep tub in the large bathroom. The only minus is the thin walls: I could hear a man yelling at his crying child next door; and they kept the TV playing all night and into the early morning.

Location was great, close to main stations! Drinks and snacks service throughout the day at the reception. The building where it is in looks rundown. The walls and doors of the room are thin or not sound proof so you can hear people at corridor or room next door.

Very good location and hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. They provide much more amenities stated on the Expedia website. Free drinks, croissants, cup noodles. However, they might have a slip in cleanliness in my room as there were a lot of spider web on the ceiling at the corner.

Great location by the Taipei Main Train Station. Easy access to multiple train lines, an underground mall and many sights within walking distance.

Bad Wifi, shabby rooms with thin walls.
Bad wifi, could barely make a WhatsApp call. Cannot load YouTube, or do any virtual business meetings. Room walls very thin, can hear someone from the left room snoring as if they are beside me, and people talking from the right room. Tattered towels. Squeaky floors. Does not make the bed, replace water bottle. This is more of a hostel living with attached bathroom. Not worth the price.

Everything was great at Click Hotel EXCEPT for having music playing loudly in the hall until somewhat late in the night. I stay in hotels to sleep, not experience a loud nightclub environment. If you want music in the lobby that's one thing, but WHY in the area people are trying to sleep?
