I went to Tainan for a Conference, and the location of this hotel is pretty good. Nevertheless, I was also easy to find delicious foods and drinks

I loved that the staff was very friendly and informative. The hotel rooms were very clean and well taken care of. This was our third time staying at this hotel in Tainan; and honestly we will not stay anywhere else. This hotel is amazing! We do want to try the other branch one day!

When my husband and I checked in the hotel, the front desk could not locate my name in their system for our hotel booking. Then, I showed the booking confirmation email with Expedia. They still couldn’t find my booking and requested me to show another confirmation. I said the Expedia confirmation was good enough for all other hotels in Taiwan that I stayed and this was the only proof I had. They then asked me to show proof of payment which I did. The receipt was still not satisfied as it didn’t show the payment with the hotel when I booked through Expedia. Finally they found my booking on a piece of paper instead of their system. They processed the check in. None of the staff said any apology to us at all. I found this was rude when we had to go through the frustration that the hotel misplaced our reservation.

駅から遠いけど便利
台南駅からは少し離れていて、徒歩圏内ではないですが、林百貨店、水仙宮市場、神農街、清吉水果などにアクセスが良くて便利でした。レンタル自転車のYouBikeのステーションがホテルの前にあるのも助かりました。朝食も美味しかったです。

因為是電動車，無法停飯店地下室的機械車位，飯店提供後方平面2l7員工停車場給我們停，但員工停車場只有早上6-下午6會有管理員，其他時間要用出入停車場要跟櫃臺聯絡後才會有人來協助開門，臨時要用車又遇上櫃臺再忙碌就需要等一下時間，若有行程可能會被耽擱到！ 除了這點外，其他方面都很好！房間乾淨漂亮，早餐也很好吃
