"We stayed here to spend time with our adoptive son during our interactive trip. It was perfect for what we needed. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was accessible and the place was clean. Staff was always on point! While some did not speak English there was always at least 1 person close by that did. "

"Nothing went away from the start. The web site gave us the wrong address and we couldn’t find the right place for a long time. The staff gave us very little help. Finally we found some local people who gave us directions to the place. The place…where do I start. The place was old and had a lot of problems, the bathroom door didn’t have a lock or a latch so it wouldn’t stay closed, the shower drain very slowly, every time we took a shower we would be standing in a pool of water. "It's a functional guesthouse with bed and bathroom. They don't allow you to eat in your rooms (you need to eat on the first floor, in the dining area). Breakfast is super basic. The beds are comfy - we had 3 beds for our family of 5 so that was a plus (most hotel rooms give you 2 beds). Staff is friendly. The only thing that isn't great is wifi was spotty for us. The bathroom could be nicer but it was functional."

"I loved that the staff was very friendly and informative. The hotel rooms were very clean and well taken care of. This was our third time staying at this hotel in Tainan; and honestly we will not stay anywhere else. This hotel is amazing! We do want to try the other branch one day!"
