The one shortcoming (shared with all other hotels in Taiwan where I’ve stayed) is not enough towel hangers. It’s as if the hotels expect you to use a towel once and then drop it on the floor, to be replaced by housekeeping the next day."

"the location is very inconvenient for public transportation. The elevator and hallways are dingy feeling and not clean. The room had a musky smell and looks into construction site. The staff is also very limited as their check in experience is supposed to be automated. It’s really limited and they won’t help with anything. We booked for two nights and tried cancelling the second night immediately upon seeing the property but the manager insisted on not helping us. Expedia also tried to intervene and ask for help but the management refused. Overall terrible experience. if you want to risk booking here, definitely do not choose their prepay option as this means Expedia can’t help you. Stay away from this disappointing hotel."

"The rooms are spacious and clean. Love the bathroom most! It's big, clean and offers integrated hygiene air exchange system, toilet seat warmer etc. However, the hotel may want to consider offering paid early check-in option and a safer luggage storage area. Wanted to pay for early check-in at noon but was not allowed. Was told to leave our luggage at the back staircase area with no security or recording by the staff. Anyone can just open and take the luggage."
