"I got a room with a spacious, and comfortable bed. The air conditioning, and hot water are running well. Could do with a little of dusting, otherwise it's a perfect place for a tight budget traveler who seeks a no frill, no thrill good value for money place to stay. "I am really concerned about the security of all my personal belongings. The lockers are very small. The cleaning lady opened all the doors and the front entrance for a few hours in the afternoon to do the cleaning. I dont feel safe leaving my luggage inside the room."

"This hotel was quite literally the worst place I have ever stayed. Every picture that they have is fake and highly edited. There is mold, rust, bed bugs, a terrible smell, and my room had a constant drip going from the ceiling. Men stand outside of the location harassing you daily as you come in and out. "As in other reviews, the place is a bit odd by western standards with the small rooms and the multitudes of hostels/rooms in one building. Can be a bit hard to locate as it doesnt have the traditinal signs out front. However, once I got there and checked in, it is exactly like the rooms described in the reviews and the staff were pleasant. I only needed one night and it served the purpose i needed it for. If i need a room in the future for a night or 2, i will not hesitate to stay here again. "

"NOT the same as the picture, and no window in this smallest room, and it was uncomfortable to sit on the double bed which caused my back to be sore to read. The worst is not the same hostel booked and need to change to a different hostel from block E 16th floor to block C 14th floor. It was a long trip just to check in. An extra additional charge of HK$187.00 for cleaning for 7 days."

"I always try to stay in Rosedale when I visit Hong Kong. They were very helpful in giving me a room at short notice after coming out of quarantine in the zero-Covid days, while another hotel that I had booked earlier had a scary policy that they would cancel my booking if there was any COVID case in my quarantine hotel during my stay (there was none, but I cancelled my booking anyway and went to Rosedale instead, and I am very happy with that decision). Always a very pleasant stay at Rosedale, it is convenient to get to and from the airport (A11 or E11), and very close to Causeway Bay MTR station exits D,E or F. The breakfast buffet was great too. The staff are helpful and highly efficient."
