Pack your bags and settle in to our newly renovated home located down the beautiful Westshore of Lake Tahoe. Chamberlands Pier bar and restaurant to enjoy sunset adventures with family and friends! The home has ample sleeping space and a large living room for the whole group to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals, and enjoy in the dining room or sunny deck! Enter into a grand foyer with river rock décor. There are 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom on this level to separate the group. Head upstairs to an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area, with a cozy hot tub on the deck. The master bedroom is located off the kitchen and has its own private balcony and full bathroom.

Location:
Tahoma offers access to beautiful beaches, biking and hiking as well as being minutes away from the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, which is located next to a nice sandy public beach. Or venture a few miles south to Sugar Pine Point State Park to enjoy fishing, sandy beaches, historic tours and more hiking trails. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean four-wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD is necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

Great family house and short walk to the beach! Wonderful stay- the only thing was check in was supposed to be 4pm and the cleaning crew showed up then and didn’t have the house clean until 5.

Relaxing family stay at beautiful cabin with room for all
We enjoyed a mini family reunion with 5 adults and one dog. The cabin is spacious and beautifully furnished with two very nice decks. Comfortable beds, good showers and well equipped kitchen. In spite of the secluded area, the WiFi was good. I would rent this cabin again in spite of the following: There are only 6 forks. The toilet paper provided by Tahoe Rental Company is third world quality. The grill is rickety, but it works. The red couch in the living room needs to be shored up in the middle to the right of the corner. The barrel chair on the deck needs to be glued together. It's a lovely cabin that could use some TLC and more forks.

Lovely accommodations, comfy beds, lots of dishes. Nice open floor plan so didn’t feel cramped. Loft was a huge benefit - game area and more sleeping space. Quiet neighborhood, close to store, lake, restaurants. Would stay again!

Showed up late afternoon from a long drive, ready to check in, property was not cleaned,couldn't get in until evening. Property misrepresented, said 1 King, 3 Queens, when one turned out to be a double pull out sofa.Couch, rugs, bedding, windowsills, deck area need deep clean and maintenance. Management did credit us the cleaning fee after property not being ready, however, overall needs some better bedding, pillows and a new BBQ

Quiet, well-appointed and convenient
My husband, two adult children, and I stayed in the property and found it to be perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, and the areas for spending time together and talking were nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and the location was convenient for hiking trails and restaurants in Tahoe City.

Nice cabin with plenty of room for family get together.
The cabin was very roomy and well equipped with the things we needed. Very easy check-in. We did have issues with windows not working and toilets not flushing. We contacted the property and their response was quick and easy. After sending someone out to fix the issue, we went to flush the toilet to find it was not resolved. The master toilet still did not flush at all. That was the only inconvenience we had with the stay.

We had a lovely few days close to the shores of Lake Tahoe in a very comfortable and modern home. The kids had room to spread out in the loft; we all learned to play some bumper pool (I think it's called). Everything was just right.

Quick Spring Break Adventures

Great Cabin!
We had a great time at the property! Everything is new and clean—-kitchen is well equipped with utensils/pots/pans. If you stay more than a few days you’ll likely have to buy your own paper products. Rooms are small if you have small children that sleep in same room with you (but manageable); plenty of space for adults. We had a great stay in this lovely home!

Amazing house
So glad we rented this house. Family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out across three levels. Definitely appreciated well stocked kitchen with all utensils to cook. Bring your own spices oil if you need to cook. Super close to Tahoma market which has great wine selection. Hope to stay again next year!
