Many NEW updates to the house: 2021-2023: New wide plank flooring, interior paint, sinks, hardware, master bathtub, granite counter tops, kitchen appliances, bedroom mattresses, master bedroom and some family room furniture, exterior paint, roof and decor!

Soak up the sun and the trees on the large upstairs deck, or play bocce ball in the backyard court. Lounge inside on the comfy couches while you watch the snow fall or play board games. And when you're ready, so many of Tahoe's wonderful offerings are in reach.

The lake, Sugar Pine State Park and local stores are all just a short walk away. With a short drive you can reach Chamber's Landing, Meek's Bay, Eagle Falls, and several ski resorts including Homewood, Palisades or NorthStar.
