"On the Beach"
This charming little cabin located right on the lake is the ideal location for a romantic retreat! Naturally, with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe, there are lots of windows that naturally illuminate the main areas. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen make great use of the space while maintaining a warm, welcoming vibe with all the thoughtful touches.
This spacious area features an oversized loveseat, a custom rocking chair, a freestanding gas stove controlled by a thermostat, a flat-screen TV mounted in the far corner above the round dining table that seats 4, and of course, stunning views of the Lake! On the other side of the breakfast bar, is the fully stocked kitchen with all the essential cookware and appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full-sized refrigerator. Just off the living area, the updated bathroom with a contemporary vanity and a stunning tiled, walk-in shower with a built-in bench. The door to the left leads to the single, oversized bedroom which boasts a "Hotel King" bed outfitted with premium bedding, a wooden dresser, and 2 floating side tables with built-in USB ports.
Accessible from the living room via sliding glass doors is the beachside patio complete with an outdoor table, chairs, and a large umbrella. The private beach right in front of the cabin and extending to the right, as well as a second private beach a stone's throw to the left, is only accessible to visitors staying at the property complex known as The Franciscan Lodge. This cabin is located within the complex and has access to all the Home Owner's Association (HOA) seasonal amenities including a pool, a volleyball court, BBQ grilling stations - one just outside the cabin, and a private pier!
Guests do Not have access to the Lodge (front desk) since it is privately rented. Although not included, there is a public boat ramp and kayak rentals conveniently available next door to the complex at the Tahoe Vista Public Beach.
