The other two bedrooms share an also newly remodeled full bathroom in the hallway. There is high speed internet access plus a printer and copier and desk area.

The 6 car parking pad provides plenty of room for guests, or for your boat and trailer. (Boat launch facilities nearby) You are walking distance to the lovely Skylandia Park and just off the bike path, with an easy ride to Tahoe City.

The location is great for summer or winter vacations. You can go rafting down the Truckee River, water ski or swim in the lake, rent a jet ski or enjoy the many hiking and biking trails around the lake. Within a 10-mile radius there is a multitude of scenic and challenging golf courses or if you prefer you can relax at one of the many lakefront restaurants.

​​​​​​​In winter you are a surrounded by some of the best skiing around, with World-renowned resorts like Squaw Valley, a 15-minute drive from the house. There are also beautiful cross country and snowshoe trails with views of the lake and snow mobile tours for those who want some variety. And at night there are so many great restaurants and bars you'll have difficulty deciding where to go next.
