The open concept living area sits upstairs, with the expansive Chef's kitchen at the heart of the home. Outfitted with an eight burner Wolf range, butcher block island, mahogany bar seating four, and formal dining area for eight, we expect many evenings to be spent enjoying a home cooked meal. Adjacent, a cozy seating area surrounds a rock wall with gas log fireplace, large wall mounted flat screen, and views of Lake Tahoe beyond. Escape to the downstairs copper topped bar with seating for four, air hockey table, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace.
Upstairs from the main living area, the spacious Primary bedroom feels like your own private sanctuary within the Estate. A King bed faces floor to ceiling windows revealing tree filtered lake views. A gas fireplace, flat screen television, and large walk-in closet make the space especially comfortable. The ensuite bath includes a jetted tub, shower, separate water closet and designated make-up vanity. A second King guest suite complete with a new flat screen TV and ensuite bath is located on this floor as well.
The third and fourth Primary style suites are located on the home's lower level, both with King beds, fireplaces, televisions, and ensuite bathrooms of their own. Also on this floor, the bunk room is perfect for the younger travelers, and has its own bathroom with tub. Looking for a quiet retreat to get some work done? A built in office nook sits off the kitchen.
And the fun doesn't end indoors! Off of the main living area, there is an outdoor kitchen and bar seating perfect for a sunset happy hour. During the summer months, take advantage of the picturesque view from the expansive deck, with patio dining and oversized lounge furniture. POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time and Night Time Occupancy is 12, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Winter access to the hot tub is through a downstairs King bedroom.
4. The nordic track bike and air hockey table are all not provided with warranty. Reservations will not be subject to refunds if any of these items are non-operable.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
6. No access to the built-in BBQ and burner in the outdoor kitchen. There is an additional gas BBQ for use.
