"Clean and tidy room with private bathroom and shower. One double and one single bed. A shared kitchen which had full amenities although I did not use these. A warm fire place in the shared lounge which another nice room guest added in more firewood which the warmth flowed into the dining/kitchen area. If you are looking for a simple, fuss free room for an overnight/long stay, can't go wrong here. Under 10mins drive into the city/beach/Mt Maunganui. "

"We loved our stay here. The location is quiet and private with lovely views of the green valleys and hills. Leona was an excellent host, even arranging the return of a charger we left there. Just a quick drive to Waihi Beach. Highly recommended. "
