"Raymond took care of us from start to finish, from greeting us to sharing his fresh picked oranges and lemons. The house is perfectly situated on the edge of the city with a bus stop right across the street that brings you right downtown. The three good sized bedrooms were more than enough for our family of five and even my mom at the end of the trip. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family and hope to visit again🙂"

Be prepared for the 15 min drive up small mountain roads from Alassio, lots of blind corners and hair-pin bends which mean you don’t pop out for milk etc easily. The property manager is on site and is helpful if you need beach or shopping suggestions. The facilities at the property are good and our children (8,11,13) loved the pool. "Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"

"We had a great week in Menton in this central villa. Everything you need is so close by. The pool, BBQ and terrace were perfect. The house has lots of rooms and is well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. It is quite cluttered with furniture and ornaments but everything is clean. We had an issue with the broken dishwasher door and the water temperature during our stay. The good weather and location made this a great week."

The highlight was the swimming pool and views plus the very well located shop at the bottom of the drive (much needed for 5 hungry teenagers!). Couple of issues on the first day but most were cleared up immediately by Leonardo. Thank you again."

"Two families stayed the long weekend here with 3 kids 10, 10, 8. It was beautiful and well kept, perfect little gem with a big property, covered semi heated pool and all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the sun, pool, gorgeous outdoor dinners and view. Very cool indoors at night. The host was so welcoming and booked us dinner 5 min away one night. Alassio is 15 min away down the windy road so convenient enough for a beach day and shopping in town. Easy parking. Just a perfect...

"Villa Anka is a litlle bit difficult to find as this address is not on google maps.The location is really in the sky, good for hiking. Not so convenient to go down to the sea as the road is really difficult, steep and narrow. The house is older, but still fine. Great collection of music - 60s, 70s- we really liked that. Unfortunatelly no free wifi. The view from the balcony was awsome."
