"The resort was good and staffs were great but a few thing that was not great with us which were the aircon was leaking water all over the carpet from the first day and continue for 4 days until fixed. No water in the bathroom for a couple of hours, and the T.V didn't have pictures on most channel we turned it ourselves. overall lovely resort with the staff obliging at all times. Disappointed with some of the buffet menus e.g. seafood. "

"Obviously new rooms but amenities were still being developed. Great staff make up for this. Found both service charges and rooms quite pricey after being in Kuala Lumpar 5 Star hotels and were a lot cheaper than Sheraton Aggies. Found booking by internet Expedia cheaper than if you book by telephone or locally. At least a third cheaper, I asked they couldn’t explain why?"

"Had a fantastic time. Reception manned 24hrs and all the staff were very helpful and answered any questions we had. Breakfast was delicious, different every day including local dishes. Room was nice and cool, had a fridge to keep drinks cold and kettle to make tea or coffee. TV had a choice of channels. Room cleaned daily. Had a patio to sit outside with chairs and table. Also could sit by or swim in pool."

"Moatoga is not bad afterall. The aircon and hot water were our most important things and the staff were helpful. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The bathroom was very clean as well but only lacked ventilation, if you close the door there is only a small window which does not serve any purpose of providing ventilation into the room.
