"This is a fantastic find! Staff and other guests are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and treat you like family. The property itself is well loved but well maintained. My only complaints are beds were squeaky and the front door was a little difficult to find. But otherwise, amazing stay!"

"I booked a room at this hostel. I arrived 9pm at night. The hostel manager said they were fully booked so I had to look for alternative accommodation which was expensive. I requested a refund . Expedia had no reply from owner/manager after a few attempts at contacting the Guest house and so I was told I could not get my refund. If this sort of thing can happen then I will not use Expedia again. This is very unfair and unacceptable "

"The initial receptionist was ‘cool’ towards us on arrival. Other staff members were great, and on leaving the female receptionist was so helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to stay. Our bathroom still had previous occupants hairs in the shower, and there were clearly sewerage issues. The room itself was light, airy, and simple, buy comfortable. Had it not been for the initial check in, and the hairs in the bathroom, a definite 5 stars. It’s still great value, and don’t let a cold...
