Edgewood Oasis

The newly remodeled rambler is nestled in a quaint neighborhood away from hustle and bustle, but is conveniently located just minutes from both I5 and SR 167 which will take you 10 minutes to Downtown Tacoma and other major neighboring cities. The home has 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office that could double as a game room and a large mudroom with a washer and dryer. The oversized kitchen hosts a 36" gas range, oversized island with French doors that look out over a beautiful landscaped yard. The formal dining room has a gas fireplace and a 14 person table right off of the kitchen. The back yard is fully fenced and very private with lots of greenery.

Great place to stay!
Our large family needed a place to stay while visiting with family in the area. The house is really well set up with very nice visiting areas, a superb kitchen, and a great back patio. The host was very quick to communicate and was super accommodating. We will come back and stay again!

Relaxing and Restful
Great location in a quiet neighborhood but just 15-20 min drive into Puyallup or hwy 167. Nicely equipped kitchen and fenced patio, backyard. And the backyard is a sweet oasis, there were even ripe strawberries to pick! Plenty of parking. Rooms are sparsely decorated but beds were very comfortable and we really appreciated the AC during a hot weekend. We had everything we needed =) Thank you Whitney, we will be back!

Christmas Holiday
The house was comfortable and beautiful! Whitney, the host, was wonderful! The house has all the comforts of home. We had our son and family in town for the holidays and needed a bigger place to stay. The house was perfect!! I would highly recommend staying at this home!! You will not be disappointed!! AWESOME!
We spent two months at this home while we transitioned from WA to TX. It was such a wonderful and comfortable home with a great kitchen for gathering. Large driveway for parking with a beautiful fenced yard. The neighborhood was great with well kept houses. It is nestled back in an area with lots of trees but close to stores and restaurants. We'll be back!!

Perfect in every way
The house was perfect; plenty of space for everyone and the yard was immaculate. The check in process was super easy and Whitney really went above and beyond for us. She had a goody basket for my kids - they were so excited that someone thought of them that even included treats for the dogs. This house was close enough to everything but far enough away you don’t feel like you need to lock the doors. Neighborhood was very clean and quiet, great for a weekend getaway.

This property was perfect for our families. We enjoyed Thanksgiving week here! The kitchen is outstanding and the table was large enough to accommodate our large group! The landscape outside was beautiful to look at even during the rain! There was a nice wood burning fireplace in the covered garage that was nice to sit by. We loved Whitney’s place! She was responsive to all of my messages (both before and during my stay), providing me with helpful information for my arrival, check-in, and stay. I had asked if she could let me see the place before my stay so I could decorate for my 50th birthday, and she took time away from her personal life to accommodate me. The Perfect Gathering Home
Our family (and a few friends who came by) enjoyed this beautifully updated, roomy home and spacious fenced yard for 10 days. Having traveled from Indiana, The Netherlands, and Seattle, we wanted a place where we could gather together, eat and play inside or outside, and make the most of every day. The property is in a quiet neighborhood cul de sac and we felt at home immediately! Whitney not only provided every kitchen and household necessity, but shared a thoughtful gift for our granddaughter’s birthday, which was the focus of our gathering time. Additionally, she was quick to respond to any question. I highly recommend this owner and property!
