Quality built and recently completely remodeled beautiful 4BD 2.5Bth rambler located within walking distance from Washington State Fair. Located in the heart of Puyallup, this property is the ideal location for your stay! You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in our great charming town. You can walk to Starbucks and various food establishments. Whether it is work or travel that brings you to Puyallup, this location is amazing.
Our large and newly remodeled family home is comfortable for up to 9 guests. Situated near Washington State Fair, this home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5bathrooms, 1 living room with big screen TV, a dining area, a large kitchen with brand new appliances, and a laundry room. Whether hanging out in our large backyard with a barbecue grill watching movies in the family room, our home is a great retreat while being just minutes from the restaurants, shops, the hospital, and being 2-3 minutes walking distance to the Washington State Fairgrounds and 30 seconds away from the freeway. Outside of house there is exterior camera with surveillance at all time. This is to protect guests from intruders as well as to protect property.

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house in Puyallup. Everything was sparkling clean. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is a great space with a large eating counter and all things provided for cooking. A top notch rental and yes we would stay again!

Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed!
Not only was the house spacious enough for 6 adults and an infant from 3 different households to all stay comfortably in an amazing location with easy access to visit extended family in the area, but it was also the cleanest short term rental we’ve ever seen. Their attention to detail in cleaning for new guests made the stay feel extraordinary.

I stayed with a group of teachers for a competition. The house was conveniently located off the freeway which made it easy for us to get to all of our locations. The house was clean. Nelly was very responsive and a great host.

The house was perfect for us. Very clean and also had very comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Large fenced backyard which would have been great if our grandkids had been with us. Host was always very responsive. If back in the area in the future, we would rent again.

WA home away from home
We felt so at home, my family and I enjoyed all the well thought amenities. The beds were so comfortable, but a close second were the leather couch's watching a good scary movie on a rainy day nap. Right near the fair and real close to everything we needed. Freeway access was superb for the amount of time I had to be on the road. P.s left some syrup and breakfast items (hope you pay it forward) lol Would definitely stay again!

Our VRBO was easy to find, close to shopping, as well as other places we wanted to explore. The neighborhood is quiet, and I bet it is a desired place during the State Fair. Family who live in the Seattle area knew the area from State Fair visits. The property is clean with updated, friendly space. The dogs LOVED the large, fenced yard!!

This was a perfect stay for our family! Plenty of room for everyone close to everything. A Super perfect would have been a shower in also the 1/2 bath but not a deal breaker. Everyone just planned showers accordingly since there were 7 of us. Thankfully at least 2 full baths. Everything was well stocked even had Kleenex! We would recommend Nellys place and would stay here again if the need should arise!

Night before the wedding
Book this house for my daughter and her bridesmaids. They loved the house and the owner let them have a late check out so the makeup and hair person could get them all done before leaving for the wedding. I would recommend this house. If you are going to the state fair it's the perfect location, you can see amd walk to the front gates
