"An amazing location, the view for breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and the beds the most comfortable I've been in. The staff went out of there way to help. A great placebo stay, look out for the baby alpaca to cuddle!"

"Check in was great as early in the morning . Sunday breakfast good. But breakfast during the week was heavy to carbs and little protein [ so we brought in our own food ] Shower was in a in a tub [ no hot tub ] and no safety rails to hang onto to get over the edge of the tub . Some distance from downtown shopping and any restaurants . We made the trip to explore Ilo , Moquegua, Tacna and Arica . We needed help in finding tour guides and tours ,but had difficulty as the staff was not well...

"This hotel is well located in Tacna but does not offer much beyond a bed. I requested a wake up call, I confirmed that my request was on the schedule before going to sleep, but nobody called me in the early morning. "
