Decent Place
Location was spectacular. Quiet area. Beautiful views. It is a rental house & has some rough places. The tiles in the master shower were in rough shape, some fairly chipped. A lot of the windows had issues; either didn't open at all or had to be pushed from the outside to close enough to latch. If not latched, they leaked a decent amount of cool air at night. The fireplace was great and worked well. We enjoyed the hot tub; it was peaceful sitting in it and watching the sun rise. Property managers were texting frequently to communicate if needed, however I had to listen to a voicemail to get the number we could reach an actual person at. Others listed were not useful, which was a little troublesome. The house was spacious enough to fit everyone. Even with little kids it wasn't too loud for others in the house and there was enough space for everyone to have their own room. The kitchen provided plenty of space for multiple people to cook and prepare food at once and we all were able to sit at the dining room table together. The surrounding grass is quite tall, but the driveway provided some room to play catch with a football and for the kids to ride scooters. The house wasn't the cleanest when we arrived. There was quite a bit of dog hair left on shelves and places throughout closets, etc. The master bath also had watered down soap, although we found two giant unopened Dial hand soap refill bottles below the sink on the last day. Overall, we enjoyed the house and our stay.

My wife and I stayed for over two weeks and throughly enjoyed the house. Great porch and great views. Also about 1.5 miles from Pole Creek Golf Club. The management company was very responsive to the few needs we had. I would highly recommend.

Multigenerational Family Trip
This house was perfect for our multigenerational family trip. The views were spectacular! We loved making s’mores in the fire pit; enjoyed the hot tub and my four year old grandson cried when we had to go home!

Let me start by saying that we have stayed at a number of properties in the Winter Park area over the years but this home sits on 3 acres(?) with only a few homes in view so it is very private. Our group of 7 adults stayed here and it was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. I rated this as 4 stars as there was an issue with the housekeeping when we first arrived. This was resolved by communicating with the rental agency. They were very responsive. (a 4.8 rating would be more appropriate) It was great to have a garage for 2 vehicles. We appreciated the portable humidifiers and used a couple of them during our stay. The kitchen is supplied with everything needed to make meals and feed a number of people. The only thing missing were some cereal/soup bowls--there were only 6 of them. We had a nice dinner at Brickhouse 40 in Grandby and were so happy to see that Volarios in Winter Park is open again. Their food is delicious and the bar area is very cozy. I would definitely stay at this home again.
