We had a great stay at Megan's house. Perfect for our family and dogs. Megan was responsive when we wanted to add a night to the stay and the place met our needs! Got a big snow while there and the driveway was plowed every morning! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had the best time at this cozy cabin!! The location was so convenient to go into town in Winter Park & easy access to Grand Lake/ Granby! Cabin grounds were so beautiful & the house itself was clean, spacious & had everything you would need for a weekend away! Would be great to stay in the winter or summer months!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cabin in the woods. Plenty of room. Super kid and pet friendly. The kids and dogs had a blast just exploring the outdoors which was very much the point of our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is off the road, with a nice bit of woods behind. The king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and the living room/tv area is very comfortable. The place feels secluded.

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Furniture was quite comfortable (especially for someone with a back injury) and the accessibility with unloading and loading was really quite helpful. Fantastic property!
The location is amazing! Seems very secluded but easy access to the highway. Very clean. Grand Lake fishing was great, and in the winter there would be two ski resorts within 10 minutes! We will 100% without a doubt be back! Fell in love with the area during this vacation!

Nice cabin, dog friendly but not smelly from dogs - dog biscuits waiting on the counter, dog bed and bowls out, great neighborhood for walking, Saw a moose while walking in the neighborhood. Great hosts - quick to respond to messages. We would stay there again. Light traffic noise from US 40 is the only downside.

Megan is a Sublime Host
Megan was a wonderful host. Her home was a great place to kick back and enjoy the natural surroundings. Good place to take your dog for a walk as there is not much traffic and the neighbors were nice. We enjoyed the fireplace and heated bathroom floor! I'm a pretty big cook so while the kitchen does not have a lot of options it still worked for us. Thanks Megan!

Just what we needed
This comfortable cabin on a large lot was perfect for a winter cross country ski weekend with our lab pup. Plenty of space to wear the dog out in the yard before skiing. The woodstove was cozy and the kitchen had the basics we needed. Great water pressure in the shower and the heated floor was nice! Agreed with some of the reviews that commented on deferred maintenance, but everything we needed worked and the price felt very fair for the size & functionality of the place compared to other properties in the area.

Perfect location and comfortable with all the amenities!
My husband, myself our two adult (20 something’s) and our Goldendoodle had a great time at the cabin. Our boys felt like kids again in the bunk beds and stayed up way too late playing on the Wii in their room. Our dog loved exploring the surrounding woods and taking long walks in the “neighborhood”. The location was perfect for golfing at Pole Creek, fly fishing around Grand Lake and dining in Fraser. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. I wish we had been coming here for years!

Home In The Woods
The location and the setting were perfect for us and our dog. Our dog had plenty of room to roam and explore outside on the 2 acres. We enjoyed sitting on the decks to drink our morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The property does have some deferred maintenance. Most of it is on the outside of the home so it really did not impact our stay. The inside is comfortable and nicely decorated. There are plenty of TV options and WIFI is good. I would definitely stay here again.

Private Cabin
You cannot find a better value for a property in the Winter Park area. The cabin was very private which we enjoyed for our dog. The home is dated both inside and out. We had issues with the heat as it kept reverting back to a setting of 58 degrees at night. We also had to buy toilet paper and wash cloths as there was not enough and/or none supplied. The kitchen was well stocked as we prepared dinner one night. It is only a short drive to everything in the Fraser/Winter Park area.
