Book our spacious 4 bedroom vacation home in Tabernash - close to many outdoor activities with unbeatable mountain views. New construction, modern comforts in this two level home. Ground floor has large mud room, den with games, flat screen TV, wet bar, 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. The upper floor has vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, plenty of windows to marvel at the mountain sunsets, large deck, BBQ grill, private outdoor hot tub; wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar for 4, dining table will seat 6. Also on this floor is a half bathroom, laundry room, access to the large back, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.
Garage parking for 1 smaller car and driveway has parking for 3 more cars. Pet Friendly!
NO SMOKING. Homeowner rules do not permit guests to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on the property.

Family Summer Gathering
The view was incredible! There were four nice bedrooms, but closets were missing in some rooms and no closet rods in the closets that were there. The master bathroom does not have a door on the bathroom, which was a little unsettling. The location was very convenient. It had a great deck, but no furniture. This was clear from the photos though. Checking in and out was super easy and seamless! Thank you for a great stay!
