"The staff are so helpful and friendly have been hear a lot and would not go anywhere else if you want something it’s in your room before you get back Candy in the dining area is brilliant and then there is Louis in the bar you don’t need to give him an order he has a great memory and then there’s the front desk nothing is any bother to them can’t wait till i go back"

"Staff are absolutely brilliant. right from reception, servers, cleaners and maintenance. Very friendly, empathetic, helpful overall give staff 20/10 rating. They really go out of their way to ensure you have a good time. Food was also outstanding. Unfortunately not many Spanish dishes, which takes away from the experience. Area is lovely but be aware parking is in very short supply. Next time we will take the bus and not hire a car."

"Hi Hotel was good but it was primarily designed for French people. The area outside the pavement uneven and dirty and there was not enough choice of restaurants as the food in the hotel got a bit samey "
