"I was not offered breakfast since it was a month of fasting , which I respect but at least they should have offered a meal instead the vety night of check in, when I spoke to the receptionist and suggested a switch or pay the difference , he refused and charged me fully for the dinner while I was deprived of breakfast. I was helpless and speechless. Thank you Hotels.Com for promising me a meal and not getting it. I hope I get a refund since this is below my expectations not yo say a rip off...
