"The location was excellent for an easy walk into old Segova..i came before peak tourism so the outdoor pool was not yet open..not a problem..staff was extremely friendly and helpful..breakfast buffet was excellent! I would stay here again if ever back to Segovia!"

"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....
