"The property is run down, stains on couches, table is taped together, water leaks in the walls and on furniture. Was most likely a beautiful home At one time but it has been abondonded and not upkept. "

"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "We stayed 3 nights and found the property very relaxing and beautiful, simple but fresh breakfast was given. Nice and simple bedrooms, clean. They are doing construction near by so you'll occasionally hear some noises midday but it shouldnt be there much longer. Would recommend if your looking to get away from the city. Its definitely far away from most attractions but if you have a scooter rental or you use a ride share app its not bad, 45-60 minutes to Ubud or Kuta."

"Property unmaintained and is dirty and bathroom stinks of urine. Toilet is not cleaned, bathroom stinks of urine and whatever. Nasty! This property has great bones, must have once been a beautifully maintained property. But not sure what happened, but now the property is probably maintained by locals with basic sweeping. "Amazing location, except one rather large omission from the property photos. The photos for this property need to be updated, as the ocean view is definitely NOT what is uploaded on VRBO. The owner never mentioned to me that her neighbor was building another house just in front of the full ocean view. Looking outside toward the pool you will only see the new home being built, which cuts off about 40% of the ocean view. AND they were still working on the house, so there were skill saws, drills...

"We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back. "
