"Pros: Great supportive staff, very kind and welcoming, felt comfort. Cons: Bathroom 3/5. Floor 2/5. Pool 2/5. Biggest flaw: BUGS! Had to be changed to 3 different rooms before actually having a room without critters! They were all over the floor, bathroom sink, by the fridge, even some on the bed! I was itching by the 2nd room! I am thankful the staff understood after I showed videos but the stay itself has promise. And the look fits the profile. But 2nd and 3rd 4th check up should be on rooms, granted I requested 1 early check-in so I excused the tidyness of room # 1 but after the critters were in a 2nd room then I was upset. Sidenote: 1. The power went out at random? Startled me a little Thank you staff but the manager/supervisor needs to just get the exterminator to visit more often "

"Credits to all staffs👍 very friendly, helpful and polite not only for the reception staffs but also to housekeepings. Rooms are spaceous and clean. Convenient for shopping - 3 minutes' walk to Robinson Mall and Max Value market just round the corner. Japanese restaurant on ground floor also many food choice around property. Massage shops also close."

"Nearby shopping was great, room was dated but not bad at all. Thai room temperature shower. AC really good. The wifi was good but the wifi was located right outside the room we booked. Large easy parking area."
