The shared kitchen was generously set up and roomy, with plenty of crockery and appliances and the staff were very helpful and friendly - as well as understanding and generous about an accidental breakage in our shower. "There was no soap available for washing hands, however the coffee machine and microwave were definitely handy. Also, we struggled with the pillows - they were very hard and big. It would have been good to have a couple of additional pillows as an option for use. Also the water temperature in the shower was slow to respond and my partner had to have a cold shower after me, despite my shower being short."
