"Excellent location, very helpful front desk and nice kitchen. They offered to keep your luggage in a secure place,free of charge. Unfortunately, there was no hand wash in toilets, though I told them. Toilet seats are wonky as well. Please note, you have to give a good push to front cast iron door."

"Absolutely impossible check in, trying to be so automated but if it doesn’t works it’s not worth it Sent too many emails with too much info only found the door code later than night in a previous email, electronic door opening wouldn’t work as blue tooth would work due to app problem Not a person in sight although they did answer the phone eventually "

"A four night break at an apartment here and it was an ideal location for us. A warm welcome from the team after a late flight and close to the centre of the city. Highly reccomend and we'll hopefully be back"

"The hostel has switched to fully code-based entry. This was awesome since I arrived when there was no staff onsite and could easily enter the building, the hostel and my room without interacting with anyone. The hostel is very conveniently located, meters away from the Airport Express bus stop. Facilities are clean. "Not the best location, there wasn’t any toilet paper or hand soap. Had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come on reception to check us in. Very rude and dismissive staff. Rooms were cold, no hot water in the shared bathroom. Walls were thin so could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and outside the door. "

"Rooms are extremely hot! poorly ventilated no fresh air at all, room guest are a bit noisy, can’t sleep whole night !!! Bed sheets are a bit dirty and not comfortable at all, tower need to charge extra which is not common in any other hostel, key can not open hostel room unless someone else inside helps to open"
