"The hotel is beautiful. I paid a little extra for spa access and was able to enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms are clean, and comfortable but the carpet, and crown molding need a little updating. Overall, I love this hotel, and would stay there again. The staff members were very nice, and extremely helpful, and professional. "

"Amazing hotel. Easy check in. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Access to the pool, sauna and spa (pool is FOC, spa services have additional costs). Staff were friendly and spoke English. Rooms were clean, spacious and we felt safe there. Hotel was a fab location and walking distance to everything. Bus route was about 10mins walk away. "Situated in a good location, quiet, safe, very near to all transport hubs, trams, busses, metro and one of the three airport bus stops. Front of house staff are really friendly, smart, efficient and helpful, in my opinion, the hotels main assets. Enjoyed our stay and have rebooked to go again. "
